First of all im new to this website and hope to find some help, because im really worried
Im a foreign student in quebec, my father was paying my school until we had some family problems( divorce...) and stopped sending me money, so i quit school about 2 years ago, i tried to work but i could barely support myself, anyways my student visa is expiring in the 30th of august, and im getting married to my boyfriend of 2years, this summer ( havent set the date yet) and im just tripping out, i live in montreal but will get married in toronto, and it will probably be in july or beginning of august, now i have few quetions
will i be able to get adjust my status evem thougj its in ontario and im suppose to live in qc?
What will happen if i send my application a week or two before my visa expires, will it be denied?
I heard something about restortion of status during the three months following the expiration ? What is it exactly ?
