Student visa - Can someone of you clarify it ? Loads of thanks in advance

Guys, i had my visa refused first time, i did reapply last friday (28-May-2020). and today (02-June-2021) asking for "
These medical instructions are being issued as your immigration application has reached the stage where medical
examination results are now required. Please read these instructions carefully." actually submitted my medical during my first submission and it got even during first time... and my medical examination was not even 1 year older.

I have 2 doubts.

1. Does my application has been reviewed except for medical ? are they ok with everything else apart from medical?
2. Do i have to do the medical again. As i far as i have seen and heard that Meds are valid for 1 year.

Can someone of you clarify it ?. Loads of thanks in advance

I believe the medical exam has to be 6 months old at max to be valid. You said (1 year ago).

When i verified in CIC it said, its valid for 12 months,
If they ask for medical, does this mean my eligibility has been reviewed successfully?

1. Your review is started only if the column of Review of Eligibility states - We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements. On many occasion the review of Eligibility starts right after medical update and at times there is usually a gap of say about a week.

2. If you have applied through SDS , you must have encountered a question - Have you had a medical exam performed by an IRCC authorized panel physician within the last 12 months, and if answered yes, you shall have a section to upload medical in further section.

Your medical is valid for 12 months from the date it was performed. So if you have a medical test which is not older than 12 months. Upload e-Medical Information Sheet via the webform stating you have already got one done prior. And to be safe call your hospital and mention your UMI number and ask them if have received any request from IRCC to get medicals done again. I have heard many getting request for re-medical to their hospital and not on their gc key nor to their mail.
