I did my Biometric for canada student visa last week and today I got a message in my CIC account saying that they received poor quality finger prints and I need to re-do the Biometric.
However, in my case I don't have clear prints at the tip of my fingers and it is like that only from the past few years due to my skin conditions. At the time when I did my biometrics I informed the same to the VFS people and they put a note as well. They tried hard to get a finger print and eventually they put a note and finished with whatever they can get.
I am sure that the same will going to happen if I re-do the Biometric.
1. So can I send an email to CIC explaining my condition and possibly attach a letter from my doctor? will that help?
2. or Do I need to get a letter from the CIC approved hospital (where I took medical)?
By the way my medicals says - I have passed the medical test.
