I submitted a student visa on 19 June and get a message on 21 June to ask for paying the fee of biomestic. I paid already and uploaded the recepit for my husband and I. The letter said after received the payment we will receive an instruction of doing a biomestic finger print within 24 hours. Somehow, i still not receive anything. Is it normal? Do i need to call and ask? My application is from Hong Kong.
