Guys,

I got rejection based on this subsection216(1) referred:

Based on my Immigration status
Based on length proposed of stay in Canada
Based on Purpose of stay
& not intending to be immigrant

IELTS 7.5
Masters 1 year @ UNB
6 years of work experience in UAE
Fees and accommodation were fully paid

Own a Business in UAE and employed as well

Any advice on re-apply?

first thing first, request for your gcms notes to have a detailed view on your reasons for refusal

are you a PR in the UAE? and can you share your full profile of submitted documents

The you write a very good SOP explaining your intentions clearly?

State your full academic profiles

When you applied.?
Online or paper based? Abu dhabi takes 2 weeks for refusal
