Hi there.
In 2003 in went to US with visitor visa and overstayed 2 years....after those 2 years I decide to leave US (voluntary departure) and come back to my country. I did not received any order to leave letter or anything like that , just booked a flight and went home.
That was 12 years ago. After that, l never asked for any other visas again.
Now Im planning to apply for study visa in canada. Im filling the Visa application form and I came across this question:
have you ever been refused or permit denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?
What shoud I say?
I know I overstayed my Visa, but I never ordered to leave.
Please, does any one have experience with that?
