Hello,
I am currently in Canada working on PGWP. My wife applied to visit me from Nigeria 2 times but was rejected. The reason were that she did not convince the vo that she will return. She now has admission to pursue her masters degree here in Canada starting Jan 2016. What is the best way to present her study permit application?

I'm on post grad work permit. she has full funding from the school and extra bank statement from parent.

it might affect that she has rejected visitor visa twice.

what she would need
a letter for acceptance.
a letter for funding from the school.
bank balance of her bank account
a letter from her parents that they would financially support her
if you would also support her- then a letter from you, your pay stub , bank balance and a letter from your work (salary, job title etc on it )

finally, strong tie in her country- job offer after her study, a letter contains you and her future plan in home country etc.

Hello Friends,
Does she still have to include the fact that her husband is in Canada working in her sop?

she should if you are sending your letter for financial support etc.

she can briefly mention what you do and both of you come back to country after her study etc (future plan in home country)

Thanks. Our main concern it that because i am already here working on pgwp and she is applying to come here on study permit. How do we convince the VO that she will return after school.

family tie-ex have o take care of parents etc
and guaranteed job offer after study
