Student visa and open work permit

Hi friends,

My husband is an Express entry candidate with 410 score and no hope for improvement as he tried ielts many times.

Right now I am planning to go as a student for post graduation. Can I apply his open work permit along with my application? Is there any chance for rejection as he has an active profile with 410.

Yes - he can apply for a work permit along with your study permit. Yes - there is always chance for rejection. Approval of the open work permit is not guaranteed.
