I would advise not to show any relation. make file only on you basis otherwise chances of getting rejection are higher.

once you got visas your sister can later on pay your fees

You could get help from you sister to show balance from india

Where are you from? Your home ties issue is weak because your two sisters are already living in Canada. Maybe try USA or Australia for further studies.
