Hi, I am 36 and unfortunately there is a gap of 15 year in my education .As i completed only higher secondary and couldn't complete my further education .

So as if now is their any educational course for me (especially in computers )
can i apply student visa

There is a minimum requirement in education to be eligible for a student visa.
Which is Grade 12.
If the program that you will take in Canada will help you with your current job, like an upgrade because of education, then use it as an argument to grant you a student visa.
