Yeah, then your only realistic option is to wait a few years and try and qualify for EE yourself. Your withdrawn asylum claim has essentially closed the door on any temporary visa.

There is one other option - if you marry a Canadian citizen (or are in a long term relationship) they can sponsor you as well - but obviously that marriage needs to be genuine. Don't think of trying to do a paper marriage just for PR.

But what if i want to genuinely stay for only two years to complete the diploma in fine arts? Nothing more.. the school I applied to doesn't support pwg..

It's more complex and I am not going to write details here. Why I withdrew the application is not important in my case. I am just trying to get there so I can study, that's all.

Not much anyone can do. Your prior history will color all future applications.
