Student permit submitted on 4/27 - no progress

Hi friends! I applied for the study permit in April 27th 2023 and it's been 7 weeks that I didn't hear about any updates. Under "Application status" it says:

We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.

I tried to register the visa tracker today but it shows the following error:

Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

I'm pretty sure all info is correct and I tried multiple times. So it seems like my application is not in the system. But it's been 7 weeks. I'm currently locate in Canada and the processing time is said to be 6 weeks. I'm a bit anxious if my application is lost somehow.

Does anyone know what I can do at this time? Thank you!

Check your DOB details and exactly how the application is on GC Key and try linking on tracker again

Just have to wait. Processing times are always an average only and cannot be accurate

Thank you! How can I check the DOB on GCKey? I checked the account profile but there's no DOB somehow.
