STUDENT PERMIT: FORGOT TO SUBMIT ONE DOCUMENT TO THE VISA APPLICATION CENTRE

Hi, I'm an Indian residing in Dubai, UAE pursuing to study an undergraduate program in Canada

I have submitted all the documents including statement of purpose except THE STUDY PLAN
Is it necessary to submit the study plan? if yes do I have to go to the embassy in Abu Dhabi or would vfs be fine (i submitted my documents in vfs)???
if not will it affect the decision of my application??

PS: I submitted on June 20

Embassy wont take any documents, dont think VFS will take additional documents without a request from ircc but you can try.
Study plan is not technically required but its very important because it is where you can explain why you are not an overstay risk etc.

wont SOP be enough?? I did mention that i do have no intention to overstay there and i will go back to my home country to pursue my post graduate studies??

SOP and study plan are the same thing.
