Student permit application INSIDE Canada ( from worker to student )

Does anyone here applied for student permit inside Canada? My work permit already expired few months ago. I am currently in visitor permit. Now, I am planning to apply for a study permit. Does anyone have any idea what to do?

1. They can apply, but they can't apply in Canada to Vegreville. Their SA will be processed at an overseas office LA if it is the US.

I tried to answer the eligibility test but unfortunately, I am only allowed to apply on paper application. But anyway thank you for the answer. I really appreciate it..
