Hello,
I have opened a Student GIC account and made a wire payment. After payment I received a mail on 18th of this month stating that the wire transfer has not been accepted due to address mismatch and the funds have been returned to my account but its been 18 days I haven't got my funds back. So, Could you please help me out regarding this and also assist me how to update the address in the account.

Call up the customer care of the bank through which you did wire transfer . Was it through ICICI or Nova Scotia ?
