I complete my Bsc Nursing in 2008.Now i wish to plan for study a course in Canada.This study gap will effect to get admission in colleges or university.

This for you or your wife as confusing in your other post you were enquiring for your wife.

A gap can be an issue in getting a study permit and college admission just depends what your wife has been doing work wise since 2008 and how any further education will enhance her prospects in home country.
