Student dependent visa application process

Hi,

I am a student and I want to apply for dependent visa for my wife. Can anyone please guide me on below items Processing time: presently it shows 12 months, but digging more into this I found this is more related to dependent visa of PR visa holder or citizen. So is it applicable also for dependent of student visa?

Online Application: Can I/spouse apply online? I could not find any link to apply for the same.

And the steps.

Any help is really appreciated.
