I am mailing my application next month and i am STRESSED! I did 95% of my application 2 months ago. Thank goodness I did because the break from it was nice but I am feeling a bit out of the loop as it's not as fresh in my mind I think I have done everything I can so far. Filled out forms, have all my evidence etc. It's just hit me that its all happening when I got my police certificate a couple of days ago (I applied for it almost 4 weeks ago) I have my medical booked later this month, my wedding shortly after this. Then the wait for the marriage certificate so i can finally mail it off. Then the waiting game begins ??? :o
Sorry I just needed a place to vent! This is scary stuff :'(

From someone who sent theirs application a month ago

Do the outland one! haha you'll get much faster results! if I were to do it all again, I wouldn't even think twice about it! I'm depressed now we've done the Inland application :(

Good luck! Hows the wedding planning?

I am doing the Outland through London visa office. Times seem to be around 3 months so fingers crossed for PR in april!

I really understand how you feel. I had the same situation. We started to fill out forms and collect documents months ago but had to wait for the policereport.
I finally got it last Friday and then felt as well very stressed. I finished all my papers last night brought them in a nice order, added appx. 100 photos and sent the whole application off today. It will hopefully arrive on Monday (FedEx can be really expensive).

We'll see how fast their processing will be.

Hopefully mine will also be sent in January - outland via London UK,..... Waiting for the police report.
I am so glad that the UK has more snow than Ottawa at present, I get fed up explaining that I don't live in an igloo :)

Meanwhile I sit in Canada looking forward to Christmas.

Don`t worry, I guees most of us are really stressed when the application is finally ready to go. I remember my heart was beating so fast when I mailed mine, I thought I`m gonna pass out. I`ve never been so nervous, not even at my wedding... :D
Hope everything goes smooth for you!

Chrimano, good luck for you as well! I`m really intrested in your case, because my outland visa office would be Vienna as well, I applied inland though. You are the first I see on this forum from there...now we can compare my timeline- forever ;) with yours. I`ve heard Vienna is a fast office, maybe it got a bit slower after getting the surrounding countries too.

Thanks ditta.
Actually there is someone else in the September Thread who is using Vienna as VO. But you are right there are not this many at this forum using Vienna as their processing Office.
I also heard that Vienna should be a fast one.
Good luck with your application and am looking forward to compare it ;)

Do you think we should withdraw our Inland Application and do it all over again with our outland application? Can you just pick any country to send it to? or say my husband lived (s) in New Zealand would be have to send it there?? This is sooo frustrating, it's been 4 weeks and I'm already frustrated! :(

Serinfly it takes about 2 months to withdraw the application. They do send you the stuff back but you'll need to get new police certificate and a few things. Your office would I Sydney so believe. If they required an interview he would have to fly there. Most likey if your application is straight forward it would be waived. Sydney is a pretty fast office from past cases on here.
