Do you mean this is happening with people applying for PR under CEC category recently? I received my medical request on July 14th, but didn't get any PRPF request. :-X

yes, my friend did her medicals in august end but today she got mail stating pay PRPF and do the medicals if you have not done yet...........!!

I got medical request & RPRF on the same form on June 20.

pay your RPRF ASAP . then you will get the PPR . Thats my opinion you can wait for another reply.

RPRF is refundable so maybe they are just trying to make the process faster and refund the money to those that don't pass the medicals/screening.

That's not strange .... that right !!!!

You get your medical request and PR fees together. It does not mean that they r not going to check your medical results. If they find something wrong with your results, they will refund your PR fees. The PR fees are refundable.
