Hi,
I applied for PR with my sponsor as a family class within Canada in Quebec.
But we broke up recently, and we didn't even send the undertaking application for Quebec government yet.
I thought that I will not get my WP if I don't submit the undertaking, that's how it works.
But I received my work permit yesterday by mail, I was so confused like, why I'm getting this???
Also my sponsor was supposed to cancel the PR soon and this happened before canceling the PR.
We broke up almost like 1 month ago but he didn't do it until now...
So in this case, am I able to get a refund if I cancel the PR right now? which I think its almost impossible because the document has been submitted already. But since I'm not working so 255$ is a quite big amount to lose for me...
Or if I keep my WP, can I work with this even though we're canceling the PR?
(I think this is also impossible as well but i'm not sure)
and If we cancel the PR right now, will the WP be invalid?
