i called vfs care and they said that the visa tracker is updated every day[mon to fri] at 4.30 pm

there is this one friend of mine ..... he applied on 11th and today his passport got disspatched .. and also another guy applied on nov 7 got his visa today ... and again on two more applied on 11th nov and got their visa ! ! ! ! ! ! all chc delhi !
