STILL WAITING FOR PR - 17 MONTHS passed - CEC

Hi guys,
Can someone ?? anyone ?? tell me whats the processing time if I applied for my CEC PR and added my spouse onto the same application as a dependent when i applied?

My timeline
AOR received Mar 27 2013

and till now I havent heard anything from CIC. went to my MP and he said they would bring forward my file again on AUG 12 2014 ... but my file has been brought forward even in FEB 2014 and then in APR 2014.

Can someone plssss tell me what seems to be the issue? Is it because there are 2 of us in this application (myself and my spouse) or does CIC enjoy keeping me waiting ?

Have you ordered GCMS notes? There should be something on there to explain the delay.

have you passed medical? What is your timeline? Did you sent email to CPC and if yes what they reply to you back? This is the first time that I heard an application through the CEC class take so long. This is not normal. What the GCMS notes says? When you applied for your wife you put her on the first time on your application or you put her after when you have already submit your file?
