still waiting for my work permit after 6 months

my working permit was approved in November, 2015. After 6 week i haven't received the permit, then i called cic agent. the agent told me that my permit maybe is lost, and ask me to reprint one. i have been told my second permit is sent on March 14. Now another 6 weeks has passed.

does anyone have this situation like me before?

really worried about my working permit.

or can i ask cic to send the permit to local office, then i can pick up by myself??

Call CIC and advise them that you have yet to receive a 2nd permit that was applied for. Also check with them that your CORRECT address is in their files. One lost permit could happen to anyone, two and it seems that something is not correct with your mailing address.
