Still waiting for a reply from immigration. Somebody please help me

Hi everybody, I got married in March 2009. My husband went back to his country and I am sponsoring him to come back to Canada. It's being a year and eleven months now he did his medical a while a go. I don't understand why the processing is taking so long. I even email them and they stop replying. Could somebody please help me.

what visa office are you guys going throught
some people get pr in 3 months some 18 months depends on the office and luck i guess
