Still NO MEDICAL RECEIVED in ECAS....

Most folks got their medical received update in their ECAS less than one month. It looks like they lost my medical package. In addition, there is no communication available for me to talk to them. The phone number did not work. Email? They do not respond. Just out of touch. >:(

What should I do? Wait forever? If they did not update in 2 month, there is no reason to believe they will update later.
Have to re-do medical exam and resubmit? :o

Experienced folks:

It has been one and half month since my medical was sent to CIC in Ottawa, still no update as Medical Received. Per my tracking number, it was received and signed by some staff there.

What should I do? Wait forever? If they did not update in 2 month, there is no reason to believe they will update later.

Did you apply for your GCMS Notes yet? One thing you can do is, scan and attach the copy of your medical exam and email ottawa stating that your medical exam has been done.

What do you mean the copy of medical exam? You mean the copy of medical exam package delivery proof, or you mean the copy of whole package of my medial exam from doctor office? Per CIC AOR instruction, it clearly indicates that “Under no circumstances should any document or chest x-ray be given to the applicant!” Assuming doctor office gave me the copy, I might not send to them since I was not supposed to get that copy per Ottawa.

Or should I ask doctor office to write a letter to them to testify that the medical has been done and received, then I attach that letter with my GCMS?

No, the copy of the medical receipt. You would have gotten a receipt when you did your medical exam, saying that you did a medical here.
 
Hello All

Please understand that there are many cases from this forum where Ecas was not updated and lots and lots of people got their PPR
My friend Ecas was showing "Application received" even when he has landed in Canada 2010. So no one can actually say anything than be PATIENT!!!!...There are people on this forum too who have DM=Decision Made for the past 1.5 months on their Ecas and still no PPR...So relax and keep praying and keep your fingers crossed!!!!

I live in Ottawa and did medical here. Its been a month but still no medical on my end too
