Still No ECAS Access since the first issue CIC had, just me ?

Hi Guys,

Happy new year,
I still have no access to ECAS since the first issue they had, maybe since 6 weeks I would say. MYCIC is working though.

Is it just me ?
I sent them a query, didn't get an answer from them yet,
