still didn't hear from Quebec

Hello everybody,

I'm getting a bit nervous. Quebec recieved my apllication for selection certificate on October 8th, and we still didn't hear anything. I've heard that normally it takes around 20 days. Does anybody know if it's a problem if I still didn't hear anything?
