Steps after receiving PR card

Hi,

We did an inland spousal PR sponsorship and I have now received my COPR and my PR card.

What needs to be done after receiving my PR card besides declaring my belongings?
How do I declare my belongings when I'm already in Canada?
> I've heard about using a bsf186 form but does that still apply when already in Canada?
> How detailed do I need to be when declaring my belongings? Do I need to declare things like glasses or each piece of clothing?

Do you have any personal belongings OUTSIDE Canada that you want to bring in, then use the form. Otherwise, why do you want to do it again? Yes, especially if I have designer branded glasses and shoes, I would declare them by piece.
