Hi guys,
what if the case on had real intention to live in the province, tried best to find job there and used all community facilitated means of getting a job and nothing worked out, had house lease agreement, kids were going school, on finding at relevant jot to his NOC he moved to other province after 6 month stay in nominated province.
Would there be any implication at the time of filing citizenship?

No issue at all. Just keep record of everything (including unsuccesfful job applications).
