My wife and I just got married last month on September 14th, we're in the process of changing her name over to my last name, pass port, driver license etc. We're planning on sending out our complete immigration package within the next month or so. She plans on working in the USA until December and then coming up to Canada while she's waiting to get approved for PR and go back to the States to do her biometrics and physical medical exam as requested.
My question: When she comes back to Canada with me in December, would any issues arise at the border crossing when we cross? I don't think it would be an issue with the guard at the crossing telling them the truth and our current situation and comply to come back to the USA under any circumstance required.
