Statutoty declaration of common law union

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding the statutory declaration of common-law union.
I had signed the form when I was in Canada with my partner in 2018, it took us 1.5 years to receive the ITA, and I just realized that the form that we have it is not the current one.
Ours is (04-2015) and the new one if (06-2019). The forms, as far as I can see, are identical.
Do we need to complete a new one or can we use the old one?

You have to use the latest forms ( Current ver of the form) as there’s some minor changes.

What should I do if I cannot provide one within the time frame of submission? Because all notary publics in my country are not working due to covid.

Raise a Webform to inform them or call IRCC.
