No I don't have the letter anymore and my passport wasn't stamped but I remember the date and reason.

I have the same status. I dont have letter but i have stamp in my support. I am declaring it as it is always better to be transparent. Mention it there and in chevk list if they asked for document write an LOE and explain yourself.
One question. When completting pr application and pres continue yo get the checklist can we still go back and modify if anything was mistaken?
