Hi all, I have my ITA and I'm just finishing off my application. I have a couple of questions about the questions in the Statutory Questions section of Personal Activities. Any advice would be appreciated.

Has X ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

1) When I was 17 I came to Halifax, Canada to study without a study permit (I had been accepted to a University and poorly advised that the immigration officers would present a student visa to me at the border). They allowed me into the Canada but told me to return to the airport the next morning, from where they flew me to New York in order to get a visa (apparently you have to be outside of the country to get a visa). I applied, received my visa and was able to go to Canada to study. So should I answer "Yes" to the question above? I don't know if that would be considered "ordered to leave". There was no paperwork or anything. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Has X had any serious disease or physical or mental disorder?

2) I have kerataconus, an eye disease. It's been stable for many years now, and i only use glasses for driving. Would this be considered a serious disease?

Any advice would be great! Thanks!

FOR YOUR FIRST QUESTION , YES DO MENTION THAT, ALSO EXPLAIN THE WHOLE STORY AND YOU SHOULD BE FINE.
FOR SECOND QUESTION , I WOULD ASK YOU TAKE THE MEDICAL EXAM AND ASK THE SAME DOCTOR IF THAT WOULD BE CONSIDERED A SERIOUS DISEASE,SINCE YOU NEED PRE-MEDICALS DONE BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR PROFILE.
