Statutory declaration re dissolution of common-law relationship

I sent my outland spouse sponsorship application to IRCC last July,2020.

Below is my timeline.
10/7/2020 Send application by Fedex
13/7/2020 IRCC received application
5/2/2021 Received UCI and application number (AOR)
5/2/2021 Biometric Request
10/2/2021 Biometric Done
10/2/2021 Medical Request
3/3/2021 Application transfer to HKVO
12/3/2021 Received request letter, credible evidence of me and my spouse’s plans to establish myself and my family in Canada.
The request letter also need my husband to statutory declaration re dissolution of common-law relationship with his ex common-law partner for sponsor.

Any one know in this situation what document should I provide to IRCC to proof statutory declaration re dissolution of common-law relationship with my husband ex common-law partner for sponsor??? Can I send the marriage certificate and write a declaration to proof that? My husband ex common-law partner married, do I need send her marriage certificate as well? I have sent the webform to HKVO, but there no any reply yet.

Any one has same situation as me? Thank you.
