Statutory declaration in Lieu of Guarantor form

Hello everyone. I have one question regarding the pptc 326 form for Lieu of guarantor. Is it the same as the pptc 132 form? Although they have the same heading. I’ve been to different service Canada’s office and the only one they have is the pptc 132. Where can I get the pptc 326?

I think its the same thing they might have changed the number from 136 to 132
