I received communication from CIC for my CEC application with below details

Status: Waived

V.O Dealine: 23-May-2013

Whats the meaning of it?

It has asked me to make online payment for Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF).

Also, they have send me Biodata.htm to update the height and eye color details. Should I expect my PR soon.

They have not requested for Medicals yet. Only asked to pay fees for Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF).

Couple of days to a couple of weeks...most ppl have got the MR and the RPRF mail in quick succession....but have seen a few cases where MR took a few weeks from the RPRF mail too....Goodluck

Also, I need to know, that since am in Canada, and once I receive the PR papers, what's the easiest way to get it stamped at border security, without leaving the country?

You can call CIC and book an appointment for "in-country" landing which will take a few weeks or go to anyone of the border crossings to US.
