hello all,

My earlier application was rejected on march 2010, re applied on april 2010 got first aor on june 2010, submittd full doc to nd office got 2 nd AOR on Aug 2010, since then my status showed RBVO with my previous application status Visa office eligibility review complete, last week, my previous applicationstatus was missing showing only my present application status. what u guys think did they opened my current file,can i expect any update in comming week. or write to vo regarding my status, as my file transfered on june 2010.

Since your previous application was rejected it has got closed now, so that's why you cannot see the status anymore.
Your current application showing RBVO is currently awaiting review by a Visa Officer (most likely scenario). So wait & watch, hopefully it will come to In Process soon.

As per the AOR you must have received, the VO must have put something like 'if you don't hear anything from us in 90 days' to contact the office. I would suggest write an e-mail through the case specific inquiry on CIC website asking for a case status update... no harm.

I had earlier applied under Simplified System in March 2007. I again applied under Fast Track in April 2010. After receipt of 2nd AOR from NDVO, I withdrew my earlier application.

When I see my e-cas status, it shows both files, 1st with status "Withdrawn" and 2nd "Received by Visa Office". This means even if your case has been rejected, it will be reflected when you see your e-cas status. That's what I think. I may be wrong.
