Status update ecase

Hi

I got the letter last month from CHC. But in the ecase it is still showing the IN PROCESS.

Do they change the status? Like when they issue letter or something.

The ecas doesn't get updated that often..for some people it still shows in process even after landing so I wounldnt worry about it.
