Status in Canada [ a questions regarding IMM0008ENU_2D ]

I have a question regarding form IMM0008ENU_2D.pdf, the "the General Application Form for Canada".

Question 10 in section "Personal Details", "Current Country of Residence" and "Status".

If the applicant came to Canada with a Visitor visa and then got a Open Work Permit, how to write the "Status"?

Visitor or Worker or "Other --> Visitor with Open Work Permit"?

Status = worker. Visitors can not work.
