Without AIP, her application can still be refused, and if it is, the deferral ends and the removal order comes into force. I believe (but I'm not 100% sure) that an active removal order would void her work permit. Once she has AIP, the chance of being denied PR is very low (still possible at her landing interview, but if that happens for whatever reason then I assume they would also revoke her work permit), which is why its typically required for out of status applicants.Thank you, that's what have her concern because she knows that it after aip she would be qualified for a work permit but she haven't received that email as yet her eligibility is still in process
Definitely encourage her to contact IRCC. Either they made an error or her eligibility check and she should have recieved AIP.
