Status clarification

i have sent my initial application in march 2010 & sent complete documents in october 2010. i have received my second AOR in jan 2011 which also contains my UCI # and also new file # starting with EXXXXXXXXX. since jan 2011 my status is APPLICATION RECEIVED with only one line that we have received your application on march 2010. in jan 2012 my mailing address also disappeared from my ecas but the ecas is still Application received. i have ordered CAISPs last month, there were two set of information one old system information and the other one is new system information. there are no point calculations, just simple basic personal/family information inputs. but the old system information contains BF'D date which is 22-01-2013 does this means that they will update or bring forward my case on 22-01-2013 for review or has no value.
