status changed to dispatched but no approval mail

Weirdly enough, my wife received her approval email mail today (the approval letter in attachment to email is dated today, 21 August), but has not received the passport dispatch email. It's the other way around for most people on this forum. Non-SPP paper based Vfs Bangalore (see my post for details)

Don't worry....I applied on 24th july and got dispatch mail yesterday and approval mail today....it has happened with lot of people....inshallah you will get your approval mail by tomorrow afternoon.....start packing ;D

my status too look weird like Visa application, tracking ID No.2014****INMASTU***** – Passport has been couriered from the Canada Visa Application Centre, on 21/08/2014 vide courier partner. To track the status of the shipment, please visit courier partner website.
some get it as processed pp but mine is just pp
