Status Changed from "In Process" to "Decision Made"

I just saw today that my status on CIC website online tool changed from "In Process" to "Decision Made". But when I click on it, I just see medical results received update. No update after that. Will this take time to update? I didn't receive any email for decision.

1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 30, 2016.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on August 17, 2016.
3. We started processing your application on August 17, 2016.
4. Medical requested on December 13.
5. December 21 : Medical results have been received.

Congrats!! me also in same boat. Status in ECAS is Decision made. Eagerly waiting for PPR mail. Hope to get it soon.
