status changed from decision made to Received by Visa Office

My case was refused . I sent the reconsideration letter to visa office on 16th May. They did not answered me but my status is reversed from decision made to received by visa office. May I say that my file is reopened? Or it is system clitch.

Wow! I sure hope that they've reconsidered your request. If not, they would have replied to you like what they did to me. After sending my letter and email, in just 2 days I received a reply that they cannot reconsider as my file is now closed. Sad but at least it didn't give me false hope. Rather, I am now gathering my new documents to re apply.

I hope also that it is not a system glitch for you since you can access your ECAS, while I cannot access mine up to now. I show no record after my rejection...

The refusal reason was not enough major NOC duties performed. I compared each duty of experience letter with NOC major duty on a single page with remarks that this duty corresponds to that NOC duty. On each page I gave first NOC duty then corresponding experience letter duty and then remarks that how both are same. In conclusion on a separate page I described that I performed all major duties as per comparison.

Any how no answer has come yet despite one Case specific Inquiry and one email.

if you havent still heard from the VO, your best option is GCMS notes. Atleast You will know whats the status and whats on their mind..and you will know what and when to expect from them

Rizwan was saying that his Ecas status changed from DM to RBVO and this change had appeared after he has sent his reconsideratiion letter.

We cant say that this is good news BUT at the same time you cant say that this is NOT a good news..We know a few cases where in they had sent wrong refusal letters.There is nothing wrong in being Optimistic.
