Status changed after AOR. Single to marriged. What are the requirements?

Hi everyone. I am new here. I need help. Please help me. My AOR came in november. At that time my status was single. I got married im december.so should i update my status? If yes thn what are requirements? And will immigration take more time for proces my file than normal file? please please help me.
