Hi again everyone

OK i have another question about Permanent Residency via spousal sponsorship in canada.

Say everything works out and i get my permanent residency , which i should do hehe , does anyone know what happens with regards to work from then on?

Do i have to also apply for work permits even though im a permanent resident?

Or does PR mean that i can work without a permit ?

Or even worse case scenario can i work at all for the first three years of PR ?

Thanks in anticipation for your response and also thanks to Thaiguy fro your last reply regarding the passport question :)

Regards

Mateh

When you have permanent residence, you can do pretty much everything (work, go to school, run a business, etc.) except vote or obtain a security clearance. No further permits are required.
