Well all your document shows you are single, so to me it seems pretty simple case. Why don't you go back to your country to get married in a year or so, and file spousal sponsorship. Spousal sponsorship are processed within a year, so it's not a long wait unlike the parents sponsorship! Anyways time flies, so even if it takes you two years, it's not a long time!

The OP is already married, as previously stated. A civil wedding is the "real deal" , so the damage is already done.
