Statement of Purpose(SOP) needed for SPP

Hey Guys.. Why no one is replying... I want to know is it important to submit SOP for Canada VISA under SPP...

If yes then can anyone send me their sample SOP (Networking) for reference !!!!

Are you going for Jan'13 term.. Are you going under SPP for VISA..... Is SoP required for SPP because SPP check list has not mentioned SoP.....
