My husband is currently working in Canada.I want to apply for student visa from India for a January course in Canada for which I have an offer letter.Howerver,my concern is that will my application be rejected as my husband is working in Canada so case becomes weak that I would want to return to my home country after completion of my studies?Should I mention this in the statement of purpose? How can I make my case stronger by showing ties to the home country?And lastly do I need to attach my spouses documents since my patel are sponsoring my education?If yes,then what all documents are needed?
