As we all know that new rules was applied on November 19th of 2016 regarding EE. I read changes at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/notices/2016-11-19.asp and there was this statement "An LMIA will no longer be needed for certain qualifying job offers to receive CRS points", does this mean that if I get a job offer for example in IT field (Software engineer), that job offer would not require LMIA? Why I ask this question is because of that word "certain".
